This item is great for anyone with sensitive skin toward elastics or non cotton trims.  This items is 100% organic cotton including the lace and the body of the garment.  The item features a drawstring waist for more fit or you can relax it for pure comfort.  We also have a similar item that is shorter if that is your preference.  Please check the store.  The organic cotton gauze fabric has a slightly rough texture just as the name suggests.  It is sheer and breathable and can be for lingerie or for outdoor wear or whatever your heart desires!
